SMS preferences may involve a mobile number, consent choices, help requests and opt-out instructions. The purpose of an information item
When an available communication service receives information, its use may concern answering questions, considering part-time interests, organizing correspondence or administering message preferences. Security and applicable obligations may also require limited processing. A general contact or role-interest action does not independently authorize Tekppery LLC to send recurring marketing text messages.
Access needed to support a service
Providers supporting an enabled channel may handle information for delivery, hosting, security or compliance only where necessary for that work. Their access should be limited by the service purpose and appropriate restrictions. A provider's operational role does not authorize independent marketing or unrestricted reuse of a person's SMS consent.
The mobile-information restriction
Tekppery LLC does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate and third-party marketing lists are not used for this program.
Retention scoped to the need
Information maintained by an enabled service should be retained according to its communication purpose, applicable obligations and necessary preference controls. Consent records and suppression details may need a different period from routine correspondence. Deletion can be requested, but limited data may remain when necessary to honor a stop request or obligation.
Protective measures and limitations
Reasonable administrative and technical measures should reflect the information and service involved, including limiting access to authorized responsibilities. These measures cannot guarantee that every transmission or system is risk-free. Preference commands and information requests
Reply STOP to opt out of active TKP messages or HELP for help. Separately, send access, correction or deletion questions to niki@tekpperyllc.com. Relevant details may be needed to locate information and check that a request is authorized. Changing an SMS preference does not prevent a separate company inquiry.
The scope regarding children
The company pages and optional recruiting-update program are not directed to children under 13. Tekppery LLC does not knowingly seek their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes information was provided by a child can write to niki@tekpperyllc.com to explain the concern and request appropriate attention.
